Violet the Springtime Faerie (Material Kit)

Exclusive to current members of the Sewing Circle. This material kit contains materials to make two little Violet Springtime Faeries.

No pattern or instructions are included - this is available inside the Sewing Circle membership.  

Material Kit Includes: 

Hand dyed wool felt for body & arms  

Cotton chennile sticks

Tricot for covering head & hands

Tubular Gauze for making head

Hand dyed English Leister for hair 

Green fleece for wet felting a faerie cap 

DMC embroidery threads in various colours for eyes, mouth, body & embroidering violets

Gutterman thread for tieing off head, sewing up tricot, making hands & attaching hair. 

Hand dyed silk for wings 

A quilt basting needle (my favourite!)

A small piece of tricot with beeswax crayon for colouring the cheeks of your doll. To purchase your own red beeswax crayon block, add it on HERE>>>

MATERIALS NOT INCLUDED

Wool Stuffing Fleece. A 100 grams bag of wool stuffing will be enough for this project. You can add to your order HERE >>>

You will also need some simple wet felting supplies as per the material list (inside the Sewing Circle Membership) to make the felted faerie caps. 

Thick Cardboard for base of dolls (other suggestions are detailed on the Material list inside the membership)
